Paul Deitch, a former managing director at investment firm Oaktree Capital Management, has joined commercial real estate debt platform Patch of Land as CEO.
“The UK property market has been seriously dysfunctional for some time”. This was the attention-grabbing assertion made by InvestSure chief executive officer (CEO), Janine Lewis, upon the launch of the new online financing platform earlier this week.
Online platform InvestSure has launched today, pledging to address “the chronic lack of available finance in the UK property market”.
Just two months after real estate crowdfunding platform Realty Mogul launched a commercial lending division, the online marketplace has reportedly raised $250m of capital for commercial real estate debt investments.
